Unser Leistungsangebot

Mit Laserstrahlung können Bohrungen mit Durchmessern von unter einem Mikrometer bis zu mehreren Millimetern bei gleichzeitig großen Bohrtiefen gefertigt werden. Das Fraunhofer-Institut für Lasertechnik ILT entwickelt verschiedene Bohrverfahren von den Grundlagen bis hin zur Implementierung in Anlagen zur industriellen Umsetzung. Anwendungsgebiete für Laserbohrungen sind zum Beispiel Einspritzdüsen, Entlüftungsbohrungen, Kühlluftbohrungen sowie Kontaktierungsbohrungen oder Filterbohrungen.

  • UKP Strahlquellen mit mittleren Leistungen bis zu 400 W
  • Diverse Piko und Nanosekunden-gepulste Strahlquellen mit Wellenlängen von 355 bis 1064 nm
  • 200 ns Strahlquelle mit 100 W Leistung für den Laser Micro Jet
