When the trade show opens its doors in Stuttgart from May 5–7, 2026, the collective medical technology expertise of the European medtech industry will come together.



The medical technology trade fair brings together solution-oriented visionaries who showcase innovative processes in the manufacture of the latest medical technology. In addition to current processes, components, materials, and services from across the entire value chain, the focus is on personal networking.

Robot-guided Laser Osteotome

Robotic laser surgery system with optical process monitoring for safe and precise removal of hard tissue near risk structures such as the spinal cord, brain, and facial nerves. The optical process monitoring includes interferometric residual thickness measurement for process control and intraoperative detection of individual tumor cells based on laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS).
