Our Services

On the way from the design draft to the final product, product properties are modelled and simulated, ideas developed or rejected, processes and products tested. In addition to different parallel and sequential work steps, product development often also includes different work areas. At the end of the process - in addition to the final product - there is usually a collection of diverse sets of information consisting of component lists, material definitions, production data, specifications for performance and quality assessment.

Transparent and complete documentation of all data as well as secure processing are therefore increasingly becoming the focus of customer requirements for technological developments.

The technology focus digitalization enables the transparent, secure and versioned documentation and handling of data so that closed workflows can also be captured digitally. Visualization and modelling tools support the process by simulating flexible adjustments to the workflow as well as product and component properties. The preparation and compilation of production data can be adapted to individual customer requirements using commercial system solutions or special Fraunhofer ILT solutions to meet specific requirements.
